WHAT IS THE RANGE OF TENSION AND HOW IS IT ADJUSTED?
The tension can range from none to “almost impossible.” Turn the tension know clockwise to increase tension and counterclockwise to lessen the tension. Simply turn up or down to the tension that fits your needs. Once set the tension remains constant throughout the full range of motion. It’s that simple and the red gauge tells you if you have more or less tension and allows you to “track” your progress.
