The recommended dose of Last-Longer is 2 pills daily, taken with a large glass of water every morning, 30 minutes after eating. If desired, you may take up to 4 pills daily, which can produce better results. Do not take more than 2 pills within any 8-hour time frame, and never take more than 4 pills in a single day. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered, however do not take if it is almost time for the next dose. Instead, skip the missed dose, and resume your usual usage schedule. Do not “double-up” the dose to catch up.
