What is the Reference System?
The Reference System is a limited-data sandbox which allows you to test out all of the features of the Production System. The Reference System: • Contains only data that has submitted by developers. Data may be imported via GEDCOM. • Periodically has its data wiped clean. • Represents the current state of API development, so you will see new changes in the Reference System before they arrive in the Beta or Production System. • Has a limited number of accounts, so developers must apply to gain access. Announcements will be sent to the FSDN E-Mail list when changes occur on the Reference System and when there is expected down-time.
