What is the refund process for E-edition?
If you cannot access your e-edition subscription due to technical issues with our E-edition or pages are missing and The Olympian cannot fix them prior to 12:00pm that day then we will extend your subscription by one day. You must e-mail The Olympian by going to “Contact Us” and select “Billing Problems” to request extension please include all information asked in order to expedite your request in a timely manner. Please note we will not give refunds but we will extend your service. In addition The Olympian must be notified of the issue and have a chance to fix the problem in order for the extension. The Olympian will not give extensions for technical issues due to your computer or internet service. Other restrictions may apply.
