What is the relationship between my fathers brothers son and me?
He’s your cousin. Nah, you dont have to have the same last name with your cousin, mine is not the same as my cousins. But if it’s your dad’s brother, they both probably have the same last name, and if you and your father’s brother’s son both took on your dad’s last name then you guys would have the same last name. So, yeah, it’s possible to have cousins/other relations with your last name.
