What is the relationship between Sirsi Corporation and the Sagebrush Corporation?
In January 2001, Sirsi signed a partnership agreement with Sagebrush which granted Sagebrush the exclusive rights to market and sell Sirsi s K-12 product (Unicorn Ecole) to new customers in North America. Essentially, Sirsi no longer sells its K-12 product directly, but it relies on Sagebrush to do all marketing and sales in the K-12 area. The product as sold by Sagebrush is designed and developed by Sirsi ( Powered by technology developed at Sirsi Corporation ).
