All systems are remotely monitored around the clock. ASC’s field service team is on call 24 hours a day to handle any change in operating status. Of course, the first step is to retrieve the data files, review the information and assess the best course of action. Most of the time a simple adjustment alleviates the problem and is done remotely over the telephone, eliminating the costs of an unscheduled maintenance visit.
