What is the Role of the Discussants?
Discussants have been invited to chair the panel discussions on Day One of the Summit. They will review and reflect on the information gathered by the researchers and in the policy surveys prior to the Summit. The discussants will interject practical experience and insights on the topics and will pose questions to panel members on the challenges and benefits of implementing reform in the specific area.
