The Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) has been appointed by the dotPH (“REGISTRY”) as the dispute resolution provider for .ph domain name disputes. As such, the HKIAC administers the administrative proceedings brought under the Policy in accordance with the Rules and the HKIAC’s own Supplemental Rules.
