What is the S.A.F.E. system?
S.A.F.E. Sensor Activated Fire Extinguishing system was designed and patented by ADC. The S.A.F.E. feature quickly recognizes any abnormal rise in temperature and safely extinguishes a fire condition. The system uses a minimal amount of water, which in turn minimizes damage and clean up. The patented system will activate whether the unit is running or idle. It will also shut itself off once fire has been extinguished. In the event of re-ignition, the system will reactivate. A message will be clearly displayed to alert the operator that there was a fire condition.
