Every workshopper must have a cell phone. This is the main way that madrichim and coordinators will be in touch with them. Every madrich and coordinator receives security updates to their phones and will then pass along the message to the workshoppers as well as if any travel is restricted. All madrichim and the workshop coordinator carry a cell phone at all times and are available to the workshoppers 24/7 for emergencies and assistance.
