What is the Sense of sight?
It is the ability many organisms have evolved to to interperate light to form an image of the organisms surroundings. The organ that can pick up the light signals is called an eye an ranges from simply being able to detect where light is present or not to eyes that can see in detailed coloured images like our own. Organisms with sight have a clear advantage when hunting, evading or even just moving around.
