What is the Soaring with Responsibility program?
Each month the library will be encouraging the students responsible use of library materials. During the last week of every month students are reminded to return any books with a due date for that month. Within the first week of the new month, overdue notices are sent out for books due during the previous month. The classes with no overdue library books have their name announced over the loudspeaker during morning announcements and earn a Soaring with Responsibility Certificate to be displayed in their classrooms. Outside the library, the Soaring with Responsibility bulletin board recognizes those classes with 100% book returns. I hope I can recognize every class every month for their character.
