– Each apartment shall be built and delivered fully finished, ready for use. The entrance and interior doors are massive MDF with natural veneer, window framings shall be 5-chamber PVC with imitation oak surface. Each apartment shall be completed with granite in the corridors, entry halls and the kitchen section, with natural oak parquet in the living rooms and bedrooms, gas heating with combined power and heat BAXI boilers for external mounting, floor heating in the kitchens, entry halls and corridors and radiators for the remaining sections of the apartments. Each apartment shall be equipped with an Internet outlet, a voice line, cable television, a video intercom system.
