One year on the stand and monitors. The mirror is covered for 90 days for optical defects. Although the mirror has a hard coat to resist scratches and is encased in a protective frame to protect against damage, the warranty does not cover scratches or breaks to the mirror caused by mishandling by the user.

A. The standard warranty is a FREE 24-month limited warranty carried on Avocent products. The warranty covers 100% parts and workmanship. Day 31 through 730 of the Standard Warranty units/parts can be returned for no-charge repair.

All Ji2 hardware products come with a 12 month repair/replacement warranty. Warranty does not cover Wear Parts such as cables and interface connectors. Please inquire for details regarding out of warranty repair or authorized product returns.
