What is the test format? What can I expect the test to include?

The course level exams are multiple choice and true/false questions. They will include information that is on course videos and in the training manuals. Therefore, it is recommended that all students purchase course training manuals and take notes while watching course videos. Tests average 10-30 questions for each course level. Each test is timed at 30 minutes. A test must be passed with a score of 75% or better. *Training Manuals are not required, although we highly recommend having the manual to compliment your training experience.
