The rankings are as follows: “Newbie” ranking is assigned to a user/candidate that fails the Syntax test, the first level test. “Rookie” ranking is assigned to a user/candidate that passes the Syntax test but fails the Logic Test. “Qualified” ranking is assigned to a user/candidate that passes the Syntax and Logic tests, but fails the TG-Factor (effectiveness) test. “Top Gun” ranking is assigned to a user/candidate that passes all three tests: the Syntax test, the Logic test, and the TG-Factor (effectiveness) test. It is the highest ranking. Very few programmers actually achieve Top Gun ranking. Every Top Gun user/candidate will receive a “Top Gun” certificate number.
