What is the turn around time from ordering to delivery?
• Depending on the method of payment, the delivery time varies. The list below covers the payment type and expected delivery time. Please keep in mind, all deliveries are by the customer login in and selecting to download the extension and any documentation as well. • Paypal eChecks • These payments take up to 4 business days to process. • Paypal • These payments are processed immediately. • SWReg • These payments are processed by the end of the following business day. Most of the time, if ordered during United States business time (9am Eastern to 8pm Pacific) the order will be processed within a couple of hours, however, since these are manually processed, the service level on these payment is the end of the following business day. • Checks • All check and money order orders will be processed when the payment clears our bank. The only exception is United States Postal Money Orders from the USPS which are processed immediately upon receipt.
