What is the turnaround time for withdrawal of cash?
Cheque Payment to be mailed out For cash withdrawal requests that reach us before 9.30am, cheques will be mailed out to clients after 6pm on the same day. However, for requests received after 9.30am, cheques will only be mailed out after 6pm on the following market day. Cheque Collection at DBS Vickers Securities Client Services Counter For cash withdrawal requests received before 9.30am, cheques will be available for collection after 12 noon on the same day. However, for requests received after 9.30am, clients can only collect the cheques after 12 noon on the following market day. * All cheques that are not collected by the end of the day at the Client Services counter will be mailed to the clients after 6pm on the same day.
