First a series of very small diameter holes are drilled approximately one to two metres (3 ft to 6 ft) apart, in the area the concrete or structure needs re-supporting or raising. A special synthetic composite resin is injected through these holes into the region under the slab. The resin expands, filling any voids, compacting and raising the affected area back to the required level.
