The Worcester County Infants and Toddlers Program is a coordinated effort by county agencies to provide early intervention services for infants and toddlers (to age three) with developmental delays and their families. The services offered throughout Worcester County are designed to enhance a child’s potential for growth and development before he or she reaches school age. Eligibility: (assessed by program) • Under the age of three or • Has a delay of 25% or more in development or • Is developing in a way that is considered out of the ordinary for most children or • Has a diagnosed condition that is likely to affect development Services include: • Audiology • Physical Therapy • Health Services • Nutrition Services • Occupational Therapy • Speech-Language Pathology • Special Instruction • Service Coordination • Assistive Technology Services • Family Training and Home Visits Anyone with a concern about a child’s growth or development can make a referral at 410-632-5033.
