Cap 109, the law regulating the acquisition of immovable property by aliens in the North Cyprus, prescribes some limitations for aliens. The right of aliens to acquire immovable property in North Cyprus is limited with 1 donum. However, it should be noted that the 1 donum stated above should be considered as 1 donum at the most.
