It “doesn’t work” because your probably have codes on your profile to hide stuff, that is affecting the editor. When you go to the new beta editor, it’s supposed to take you to your profile and set up a sidebar on your screen to make the setting changes. If it isn’t, then you need to remove your css codes and try again.
