What is vaccination schedule and diet schedule for 6 weeks daschund?
Vaccination schedule: Parvo/Distember combo 8 weeks 12 weeks 16 weeks 1 year 16 weeks Every three years thereafter Rabies: 16 weeks, 1 year 16 weeks, every three years thereafter Diet — feed small meals 5-6 times a day. 6 weeks is way too early to be away from mom. I’d be using “second step” weaning milk and soaked kibble at this stage. By 8 weeks, drop to four evenly spaced meals.
Dogs usually get their first vaccinations at 6-7 weeks of age then like every 3 weeks. I don’t do certain vaccinations together in case of a reaction. So I spread my puppies out a bit more. Feeding schedule 3 x’s a day until about 4 months of age then 2x’s a day. I have a 5 month old and 2 year old Golden that both get fed 2x’s a day. Some people only feed 1x a day when the dog gets older. The amount of food depends on the weight/age of your dog and the brand of food you are feeding him/her.
