It has had a heat stroke and this requires a vet, i truly as worried that you will loose if you do not.I fear he is acutely dehydrated Guinea pigs can not handle temperatures greater than 80F, they can not handle the direct sun, however, they need a lot of indirect sunlight. Please take him to an exotics vet as they are the only ones that are properly trained to care for guinea pigs. General vets have not had the extended schooling.
