What issues / challenges do you experience when trying to manage foreign currency exchange transactions?
Kevin One very bad experience I had with PNC Bank was their delay to process their paperwork to allow an international transaction to take place; their administrative failures eventually cost us something around $10k as a result of the currency moves in the 3 weeks that it took to get things sorted out. It was a real disgrace and their Customer Service team just ignored the consequences. I am sure that there are some real horror stories out there that deserve to be publicised to make people aware of what can go wrong… H.
