What kind of food do they serve to the inmates?
There are several national menus that institutions use to feed inmates. This keeps the fare regular but rarely are the servings standard. That’s left to the inmates working food service and/or the CO’s (correctional officers) watching them. Most inmates supplement there diet with food from the prison commissary (store) where they can purchase anything from Q-Tips and ice cream to tennis shoes. Peanut butter and jelly or tuna is popular.
