What kind of help does Good Shepherd Lutheran Church offer when I have a personal problem?
Personal problems are difficult for all of us. When such problems exist, the church is a safe place to turn. Pastor Thomas-Breitfeld’s undergraduate training was in human psychology, and she did counseling before going to seminary. She will provide a confidential listening ear for you. Understanding that to be more effective as a pastor, she has to limit her counseling load, Pastor has a policy of referring persons to another full-time counseling professional when longer term counseling is needed.
