What kind of herbs are good to grow in potted soil?

I’ve been growing herbs in pots for years and it’s so much fun! I live in South Florida, so we have a long growing season. Right now I have the following growing in Miracle Grow Potting Soil and they’re thriving: Parsley (Italian and curly) Dill Basil Thyme Mint Greek oregano Rosemary Sage and orange bell peppers I’ve grown just about every herb I can think of and they’ve all flourished. I use Miracle Grow liquid fertilizer once/week, but you can use organic fertilizer (such as fish emulsion). Make sure that you use pots large enough to accommodate large root systems. It’s so much fun to cook with herbs you’ve grown yourself, I just love it. Last night I stuffed a roasting chicken with rosemary, thyme, and sage from my potted garden, then chopped rosemary, thyme, Italian parsley and sprinkled them over potatoes, fennel, onions and carrots in the roaster with the chicken. It was fabulous!
