VoiceCool will work on any broadband Internet connection such as DSL, cable or wireless broadband connection1. To ensure your connection is suited for VoiceCool, test the quality of your VoIP line at http://testyourvoip.com. Select the call destination closest to you from the dropdown menu (e.g. select Montreal if you are located in Toronto; San Jose if you are located in Vancouver). A VoIP quality of at least 3.0 is recommended.

Lake Simcoe Telecom’s Digital Phone Service will work on virtually any high speed Internet connection, such as DSL, cable or wireless broadband. If you would like to test your current internet connection for its suitability for Lake Simcoe Telecom’s Digital Phone Service, go to http://testyourvoip.com. Select the call destination closest to you from the dropdown menu. A Digital Phone Service quality of at least 3.0 is recommended. If your service does not provide very good quality, perhaps you might consider getting your internet service from us. We can provide service to most of Ontario and Quebec, wherever DSL is available.
