What kind of market is the Ann Arbor rental housing market?
Ann Arbor is very much a “seller’s” market as far as the best-located, most desirable rental properties are concerned. Is this cause for panic? No. Everyone, including those admitted to the MBA program at the very last minute (i.e. the day before LDP and orientation starts), always finds some place to live, but not in the best location or at the best price. Start early!
