What kind of plated lizard is compatible with a 10 inch armadillo lizard?

True, they can, but most people don’t want to risk it. Most plated lizards will get too big for them to be paired up with an armadillo lizard. I have and breed armadillo lizards, so don’t tell me otherwise. I tried pairing my armadillo lizards with a leopard gecko for a while, but the armadillo lizard kept on nipping at it, eventually stressing it out to death. I’ve also tried it with a Fire Skink (a close relative to the plated lizard) and that didn’t work either. If you want to risk the safety of both lizards, go ahead. Green anoles and tree frogs are totally different things from plated lizards and armadillo lizards. Armadillo lizards are highly social in groups of the same species anyways. Just get another armadillo lizard.

i really dont know where your getting your information from but your wrong most plated lizards on the market get between 16-24+inches, wild caught and are very territorial(most lizards are) they will see your 10inch armadillo lizard as an intruding species and bully it to starvation its called interspecific competition and thats a FACT.
