For the Hairpin style (fuel return): Go to any parts store and they will have one. It is called a Ford Fuel and AC line removal tool. It is an assortment of about 5 pieces that have different size half-circle tools. You will see what I mean when you ask at the parts place. If you don’t use this, you will destroy the fitting and you will be in a place you will want to crawl from quickly. For the Duckbill style (fuel supply): Remove the white (may be yellow by now) arrowhead shaped thing with the 2 prongs carefully by hand and a slight assist by a screwdriver. As a tip; before you pull the line off of the rail, rotate the line gently back and forth to prevent tearing the oring inside.
