What levels of care are available at Bridges at Brookline?
Bridges at Brookline offer five distinct levels of care to help meet the health care needs of residents. Independent residential cottages and Terrace apartments are designed with the older person in mind. Personal care, at the Village, is a homelike setting for residents requiring supportive care for dressing, bathing and/or medication management. The level of care is based on the resident’s needs. Therapy services are available for residents needing short term rehabilitation before returning to their home setting. Nursing home care is offered at the Manor for residents needing twenty-four hour nursing care. Outpatient therapy can be arranged for residents of the Brookline community as requested by their physician.
