Staff Experience We, at 3M Support Services, LLC, have work experience at both the public (NCMHMR) and private healthcare sectors. Each of our employees are selected on several factors, which include direct-care work experience, related educational history, unique personal skills, and the desire to assist each individual with his/her needs. Individualized Support Upon admission to the 3M Support Services, LLC, program, each individual undergoes a comprehensive functional assessment and several other diagnostic tools to determine areas of ability and need. This data is used to develop individualized training goals that address each person’s needs. “Not every consumer needs to learn to brush their teeth.” 3M Support Services, LLC, also monitors each individual’s progress monthly and reviews training goals quarterly so that revisions can be made as needed.
