I built my catering business on tasty imaginative dishes, prepared from the freshest, highest quality ingredients available. And that’s exactly what you can expect at Entrée Vous. We do more than just open cans and defrost frozen ingredients. First-time guests are amazed by the freshness of the ingredients, the quality of the meats, the thoroughness of the preparation. Fresh produce is used whenever possible. We use 100% all natural boneless skinless white meat chicken breasts, select all natural ingredients, fresh herbs and a menu with 0 grams of added trans fat. Meats are seared off to lock in flavor. Marinades are blended and many sauces are simmered from scratch. It’s how I was trained to cook at Le Cordon Bleu. What’s more, all this goodness is yours for an investment of about 10 minutes per entrée and $4 per serving. That’s value any way you look at it.
