The Fairview Learning Process is developed specifically for deaf students! The Fairview Process is eclectic! From the very beginning Deaf, CODA, and Hearing perspectives and skills influenced program development. We attempt to use best practices and research from each paradigm. Native ASL users and Deaf individuals were involved and consulted at every step. The Fairview Process is results oriented! We do not ask people to believe in our strategies and materials; we ask them to look at the results! Student progress is monitored individually and by grade levels with data analyses.
