At HealthCare Partners, we believe our physicians and employees are our company. The company’s standard work hours in the business setting are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. Hours may vary slightly at our medical sites, urgent care centers or Patient Support Center, where care or information is provided to our patients after normal business hours. Where possible, work schedules can be arranged to balance your professional and family responsibilities. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, all physicians and employees at HealthCare Partners are eligible to participate in the company’s annual Merit and Profit Sharing Plan.
