What makes Specialty Precast Foundations better than other Precast systems?
A monolithic pour and the product design. Our product is manufactured using one pour for a solid concrete panel where others use separate pours for the interior and exterior to accommodate insulation. Another feature is that every panel has a concrete stud on each end. Panels are joined by bolting through the studs to create a solid concrete column every eight to twelve feet. Exterior corners are poured using 45 degree angles to form an eleven inch solid, concrete post in each outside corner.
