What makes the Farmers Choice family of fluid milk products different from Farmers other fluid milk product lines?
All Farmers Choice products have the same great taste of regular Farmers milk products, but with less fat. For example, the 2% Farmers Choice milk has the same creamy taste of regular Farmers Homogenized milk, but only 2% of the milk fat. The use of extended shelf life (ESL) processing, which heats the product at higher than normal temperatures, helps give the milk a thicker, creamier taste.
