The VMSTP application materials include a supplementary application form [PDF], a personal statement, resume, and copies of the 3 letters of recommendation that were submitted to the Graduate School. All materials must be submitted to the Program Coordinator or to the Office of Associate Dean of Research and Graduate Affairs by November 1.
