what Matters in Interview Process???
Dear friends, Many of you must be getting prepared for the campus placement.Have you done a research on what all is checked in the interview process.Being into HR field, we have done extensive research and got feedback from companies that students are not really prepared for the corporate world when they come for the interview.communication and academics are not the only parameters to select but there are many other factors which are more crucial.Pls come out of the comfirt zone and start preparing for the interview in advance.Spend enough time on all the aspects like resume making, HR questions, general awareness etc.the rejection ratio has drastically increased in recents years in the interview.having companies on the campus carry no surity of getting jobs as companies do go empty hand if they do not get employable candidates…Mercer Consultancy has recently come out with the survey that only 25% of Indian graduates are employable.
