This exclamation mark informs you about differences between this particular Multi part and its related Single sound in the Single manager. You would normally ignore it if you only work in Single mode or if you just play around with different sounds in a Multi program but it becomes more important if you want to integrate a Multi file into an existing session to send this to hardware memory afterwards.
