Although, Lyrica is approved and intended to treat fibromyalgia, some doctors have prescribed it for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, with some successful results. Cymbalta. Cymbalta is another approved and intended to treat fibromyalgia and depression, but has also shown some successful results in treating CFS.
