What monitoring information is available to the NHS?
We provide regular summary reports showing the number of patients in the programme (current and finished), attendance rates, weight and BMI changes. We also provide detailed reports showing, for each patient, their attendance record, starting weight/ BMI, weekly weight changes, end weight/BMI and the weight/BMI change achieved over the 12-week referral period.
