Brenda Foster: The number one issue facing AmCham Shanghai member companies at the moment is challenges in hiring, retaining and training professional staff. Human Resources issues emerged as the top concern among member companies in our 2005 Business Climate Survey and we expect that it will remain a top issue this year. Intellectual property rights protection is also a concern.
