You can take a trip to the island of Roqueta where late in the afternoon they release “Beer drinking donkeys” They will come over your shoulder and take the bottle and knock it back. Acapulco was the original tourist destination back in the days of John Wayne and the Hollywood gang and their hotel has been preserved in its original condition and is popular for fantastic sunsets.(Los Flamingos) I was at Barba Roja ,a bar on the strip and around 4am I said to the cantinero -what time do you close–He said -when the last customer leaves.
