Since 1982 the City of Binghamton through their Binghamton Local Development Corporation has offered business owners a low cost alternative to filling the gap in financing packages. Hundreds of local companies have taken advantage of loans at below market rates. These funds may be used for building purchase or construction, building reconstruction or rehabilitation, machinery and equipment purchase and installation or start up costs of a small business.
