Don’t know the actual percentage but where I come from we live for it. Louisiana has a great seafood industry, i.e. Oysters, shrimp, salt water fish, fresh water fish and crawfish. My family was raised on seafood and I dearly love it. Now I don’t know if crawfish is actually considered seafood but if I see it.. I eat it.
