What programs are available for making styles from midis?

There are five programs available for doing this job. Links to them all are available at: http://home7.inet.tele.dk/js/musik/740pages/link7406.htm Midi2Style is free and easy to use. It makes most of the decisions for you. StyleMaker is free and operates in conjunction with a sequencer program such as Cakewalk or XGWorks. It also takes care of many details, but you can cut, paste, and do all the things you would expect in a sequencer. CasmEdit is free, and operates like a spreadsheet. It requires more knowledge on how to make styles, but you can do anything. StyleWorks is not free (>$200), but does a lot of the work for you. One Man Band is a PSR style based real-time arranger and style editor that also makes styles from midi files. It is shareware($30) and has received some excellent reviews from users.
